Common European Framework of Reference
The Common European Framework of Reference as issued by the European
Commission is the basis for the advancement of European multilingualism.
Binding levels of competency were developed for the German
language on the basis of this framework.

* Some of the targets of European Level A1 are acchieved. All targets
will be completed in Elementary 1.
