Our classes will continue face-to-face until further notice. Every student has to wear a FFP2 mouth-nose protection in the ActiLingua Academy at all times.

Please provide us with proof of adherence to the 3G rule upon registration:
•   Geimpft (vaccinated): vaccination certificate or Impfpass after the second dose for 180 days, for vaccines with one dose students need to present proof of another dose ("booster") or the certificate is no longer valid

•   Getestet (tested): PCR test (48 hours) have to be shown every Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Please provide us with a valid PCR test every Monday as well. This applies to every ActiLingua student, even if you are vaccinated or cured. Only recently cured students don’t have to present a test for 30 days, if they can present a medical certificate.

Our accommodations are open for our students.
According to the current regulations regarding Covid-19, we have to inform you that as of February 12, 2022 only students who provide us with a proof of adherence to the 2G rule can stay at the ActiLingua Residence or in our host families. This includes the following proof:

•   Genesen (cured): medical certificate (valid for 180 days)

2. Entry to Austria

The cornerstone of the COVID-19-Einreiseverordnung 2021 (COVID-19 Entry Regulation 2021) is the focus on means of verification that you are not infected 2G+: proof of vaccination or recovery with additional negative PCR test is required for any type of entry. This also includes the EU Digital COVID Certificates, which contain an EU-compliant QR code. As evidence of vaccination, all of the vaccines which have been authorised by the EMA or have successfully passed the evaluation process of the WHO are recognised. Stricter rules apply to entry from so-called virus variant regions and states.
Persons who have already received a "booster" vaccination do not need to carry a PCR test.

3. Safety and hygiene measures

The safety of all course participants and employees is our top priority. In the implementation of our safety guidelines, the highest level of student safety is key and group sizes and physical distance are designed in accordance with the applicable regulations. It is important to adhere to the physical distance guidelines and to wear a FFP2 mouth-nose-protection in school and at some indoor venues (e.g. public transport, health care).
