Business German for professionals in Vienna funded by Erasmus+

The combination of a Standard Course and Business German enables you to improve your general German and business language skills. With our cultural programme you will visit interesting sights of Vienna after classes and experience the Austrian culture and German language in varied activities. It is ideal for:

  • For professionals who need to communicate within a German- speaking business context (e.g. international projects and companies)
  • For teachers who intend to teach business and economic subjects in German or who want to improve their German language skills

Description

  • Lessons: 35 per week: Standard Course (20) + Business German (10) + cultural/special interest programme (5)  (1 lesson = 45 minutes)

  • Group size: 8-10 (max. 12)

  • Duration: 1-2 weeks

  • Minimum age: 16 years

  • Starting dates: 28.04.2025 / 30.06.2025 / 28.07.2025 / 01.09.2025 or on request

Class time schedule

  • Standard Course:
    09:00–12:15 am or 02:15–05:30 pm

  • Business German:
    12:30–02:00 pm or 05:45–07:15 pm
    You will be informed about your exact schedule on your first day of school.

Included in the price

  • 30 lessons German course per week (1 lesson = 45 minutes):
    20 general + 10 Business German lessons.

  • 5 lessons cultural/special interest programme per week:
    e.g. Vienna guided tours; talks and videos about Austrian music, art, history, literature; Viennese Waltz course; party; sports.

  • ActiLingua Certificate.

  • ActiLingua vocabulary book.

  • Course books may be borrowed for the whole course.
    New books can be purchased at a discounted price from the school office.

  • Student service at the school office: Monday-Friday.

  • Free internet access (WiFi).

  • Student manual with interesting tips on Vienna.

  • ActiLingua Card entitling holder to discounts at a number of museums, theatres, restaurants, shops.

  • High season surcharge (30.06. – 31.08.2025):  € 84.– (per week)

  • Breakfast:  € 69.– (per week)

  • Half-board: € 177.– (per week)

  • Transfer (from/to airport/station): one way: € 56.–

  • Public transport: € 25 (per week)
