Super-Intensive German Course in Vienna

Combine your group course (Standard Course) with individual tuition. Individual tuition caters to your personal learning needs and takes your vocational interests into account.

5 lessons cultural/special interest programme are organised 2 to 3 times per week and are included in the price.

Course Overview

  • Lessons: 35 per week: German Standard Course (20) + individual tuition (10) + cultural/special interest programme (5) | (1 lesson = 45 minutes)

  • Group size: 8-10 (max.12) + individual tuition

  • Duration: 1-11 weeks

  • Minimum age: 16 years

    *Please note that a proficiency with the Latin alphabet is required for our German courses, as we don’t offer alphabetisation courses.

  • Standard Course:
    09:00 am – 12:15 pm or 02:15 – 05:30 pm

  • Intensive Course (additional lessons in minigroups):
    07:15 – 08:45 am or 12:30 – 02:00 pm or 05:45 – 07:15 pm
    You will be informed about your exact schedule on your first day of school

Included in the Price

  • 30 lessons German course per week:
    6 lessons/day from Monday – Friday. (1 lesson = 45 minutes)

  • 5 lessons cultural/special interest programme per week:
    e.g. Vienna guided tours; talks and videos about Austrian music, art, history, literature; Viennese Waltz course; party; sports.

  • ActiLingua Certificate.

  • ActiLingua vocabulary book.

  • Course books may be borrowed for the whole course.
    New books can be purchased at a discounted price from the school office.

  • Student service at the school office:
    Monday-Friday.

  • Free internet access (WiFi).

  • Student manual with interesting tips on Vienna.

  • ActiLingua Card entitling holder to discounts at a number of museums, theatres, restaurants, shops.
