Booking & Costs

Stays of 4–11 Weeks

• Weekly Rent: EUR 400 – minimum 4 weeks.
• Administrative Fee: EUR 49
• Final Cleaning Fee: EUR 125 (deducted from the deposit)
• Deposit: EUR 1,200 (refundable)
• Double Occupancy Fee: EUR 65 per week for the 2nd person.
• Payment and Contract: Via ActiLingua Academy (due 7 days after contract issuance).

Stays of 12+ Weeks

• Monthly Rent: Based on HANS-Y’s standard rates.
• Final Cleaning Fee: EUR 125 (deducted from the deposit)
• Administrative Fee: EUR 49
• Deposit: EUR 2,000–4,000 (refundable, depending on apartment type)
• Double Occupancy Fee: EUR 250 per month
• Payment and Contract: Made directly to HANS-Y.

Bookable Extras

For added comfort, you can book an optional weekly cleaning service, available with or without a linen change.
The service can also be added at any time during your stay or contract period.

Weekly Cleaning (without linen change):

• Smart Apartment: EUR 130 per month
• Comfort Apartment: EUR 170 per month
• Suite: EUR 210 per month

Weekly Cleaning (including linen change):

• Smart Apartment: EUR 210 per month
• Comfort Apartment: EUR 240 per month
• Suite: EUR 270 per month

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 35 days before check-in: EUR 49 administrative fee.
• 34 days or less before check-in: EUR 49 + 1 month’s rent (or 4 weeks).
